There are many classifications of hauntings. There are instances where some reported phenomena is not related to the paranormal, but are caused by environmental or man-made reasons. High EMF for instance can affect those who live or work on the property. Exposure to high EMF levels can cause symptoms such as fatigue, headache, decreased learning ability, anxiety, cognitive impairment and even hallucinations with ongoing exposure if the levels are high enough. It does not matter what the cause behind the phenomena is, whether it's paranormal or environmental, it is important to know what is behind the occurrences and to know what steps to take to fix the situation.
Sometimes there is division between those who live or work in the location about the phenomena that is experienced, and that is okay. We are not here to invalidate what you are experiencing or to make assumptions regarding the phenomena or those on site. Our goal is to find the root cause of the phenomenon At the end of the day, it is important to understand why you are experiencing the disturbance in a place that is supposed to be safe, and what steps are needed to resolve the issues.
It is possible at times that phenomena is not captured during an investigation, this does happen. And it is important to know that this does not mean that nothing is there, investigations are different from actually living the situation on a daily basis. If an investigation is conducted, and we do not capture evidence we might have you document the occurrences which may include video, audio, pictures or even a journal to document the phenomena, when it happened, what was going on when it happened and the location of the property where the encounters have occurred. The only expectation we have as a team is to try to help you to the best of our ability.
We are ethical and well-grounded individuals. Our clients safety and privacy is the most important during and after the investigation and all client information is kept confidential. We have high standards of conduct and do not utilize unethical behavior to provoke the spirits, this is not allowed by members on our team. Our investigation technique utilizes a combination of intuitive abilities and equipment including digital recorders, static cams, spirit box and several others allowing us to perform a well rounded investigation. At the completion of our investigation we will review the evidence in detail, and will arrange a time to meet with you to go over what we have captured, as well as sending you copies of any relevant pictures, audio and video. Once we have reviewed the footage we will go over a plan to resolve the issues.
